If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process within the timeframe specified below.
2. Return Eligibility

You may return products purchased from Taplly within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the product meets the return conditions outlined below.
2.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way
- Have all original tags and labels attached
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@taplly.io or through your account dashboard
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number in the package
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- A manufacturing defect
- An error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged during shipping)
- A product that does not match its description
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
4.2 Shipping Method
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Taplly is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping until we receive them.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
- We will inspect the product to ensure it meets return conditions
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
5.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will include the full purchase price of the product, excluding:
- Original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- Return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
- Any discounts or promotional codes applied to the original order
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Digital products or services (once activated)
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Cover all return shipping expenses
Please include photos of the defect or damage when contacting us to expedite the process.
8. Lifetime Warranty
All Taplly products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing issue:
- Contact us with your order number and description of the defect
- We will provide a replacement product at no cost
- We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement
The lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
9. Cancellations
9.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships. To cancel an order:
- Contact us immediately at support@taplly.io with your order number
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
- If the order has already shipped, you may return it following our standard return process
10. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Please note that customs duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Any customs fees incurred during the return process are the customer's responsibility.
11. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days (may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement)
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: Processing times vary by payment provider
